Office Hours:
Reception is open from 8.30am to 7pm (and  6.30pm in the colder months), 7 days a week, all year until further notice, unless there is a note on the door saying otherwise. We do normally close reception between 11 and 2pm so we can get rooms ready. If reception is closed, you can always call us if you need us: the number is 02  4397 1999 we are usually not far away.

Room Servicing
We have found that most of our guests find daily servicing to be unnecessary, and prefer to have their privacy. So we have developed a servicing schedule designed to balance these needs. This is - you let us know what you like. If you want your bed made and new towels every day - we can do that! If it is important to you, it’s important to us! 
If you need anything: tea, coffee, fresh towels, sugar, etc just let us know. It’s no problem! We will assume everything is OK unless you tell us. Longer stays may require a full servicing at the mid-point - no problem!

Smoking
Please don’t smoke in or directly outside your room, be respectful of others around you. Smoke outside in the carpark area and use the ashtrays that are under the tables around the grounds.
If you smoke in your room, we usually have to close the room down for a few days as we need to wash everything and clean the carpet. If this happens, we will charge you a $100 fee for extra cleaning plus any lost revenue from the room closure. Which is more than the cost of 3 whole packets of cigarettes at current prices

 

WiFi

WiFi is free and is available all over the motel You can now Stream Netflix and all your fav programs

Your room has a kettle, microwave, bar fridge and a toaster,
